Governor Carney issued another modification to the state of Emergency Declaration. Delaware’s presidential primary will be moved from April 28^th to June 2^nd. Residential foreclosures and evictions are suspended during the coronavirus outbreak. The order is in effect until May 15^th or until the public health threat is eliminated.
