Grocers In Delaware Are Opening Early For Seniors And Those At Greater Risk For COVID-19
Starting tomorrow (3/20/20) Kenny Family Shoprite stores will open exclusively to those over 65 between 6 and 7 am.
Acme Markets will do the same but for later risers between the hours of 7 and 9 am Monday through Friday.
Giant Foods operates in Delaware and they will also offer 6 – 7am to those over 60 and those with compromised immune systems or other medical conditions.
Grocery stores have been struggling to keep up with the demand for some products, such as sanitation items and toilet paper.
