Delaware Reaches 16 Positive Cases of COVID-19
Health officials have announced 8 more cases, bringing our state total to 16.
Seven of the 8 new cases are out of New Castle county, the 8th in Sussex County.
Four of the cases are women and four are men, all are isolating themselves in their homes.
