Delaware Confirmed It’s 8th Case of Coronavirus
Delaware confirmed its eighth case of coronavirus yesterday (3/16/20). This is the first case that does not have ties to the University of Delaware. The patient is a New Castle County woman over the age of 50. The woman is not severely ill and she is self-isolating at home. Officials say she was exposed to a positive case in a different state. She has minimal close contacts in the state and health officials are working to identify any who may have been exposed.
