Food Delivery Companies Are Trying To Prevent The Spread of COVID-19

Some food delivery companies are adding a “leave at the door” option to avoid contact with a delivery person amid coronavirus worries.
- Instacart added a “Leave at My Door Delivery” option for all customers.
- Postmates also added a non-contact drop-off option.
- Grubhub hasn’t done it yet.
- Uber Eats doesn’t have an official option but it has a delivery notes section where users can let delivery people know to leave food at the door or at a building reception area.
