Ultra Music Festival in Miami, Florida Cancelled Due to Coronavirus
This year’s Ultra Music Festival held in Miami, Florida, has been cancelled due to alarming concerns of the spreading coronavirus. The cancellation of the Electronic music festival has been confirmed by Billboard. Unfortunately, this is the first time in 21 years the three day music festival will not happen in Miami.
Ultra Music Festival brings together fans from all around the country and even the world, to partake in three days of electronic-based music in the heart of Miami, Florida. Ultra has featured many popular artists across the genre of House, Dance, EDM, and Dubstep, including Flume, Zedd, Martin Garrix and more.
On March 4th, Miami’s mayor, Francis Suarez and Commissioner Joe Carollo were encouraging organizers of the festival to suspend the event.
Ultra Music Festival’s organizers cancelled their other event Ultra Abu Dhabi and will be refunding ticket purchases.
