Forget giving the cuddly teddy bear this Valentine’s Day, the Pound Puppies are back just in time for Valentine’s Day. Thanks to a licensing agreement with Hasbro the cute puppies are coming back complete with adoption papers, name tags, sticker sheets, and educational information on caring for and adopting pets.
