On the heels of her emotional performance of a new song called “Anyone” at the 62nd GRAMMY Awards, Demi Lovato released the song she sang as a single.

As we reported, Demi shared that the haunting ballad was written a few days before her 2018 overdose. She explains, “And you kind of listen back to it and you kind of think, ‘How did nobody listen to this song and think, Let’s help this girl?’ I was recording it in a state of mind where I felt like I was OK, but clearly I wasn’t. I even listen back to it and I’m like, ‘Gosh, I wish I could go back in time and help that version of myself.'”

What an unbelievable night. My first time back on stage in almost 2 years. So emotional for me. Thank you all for the love, support and for sharing this moment with me. I love you all. ????
