Halsey went on Twitter as the album dropped to discuss the album. She describes the release of Manic as, "The most torturing and beautiful wait of my life has come to an end." She adds, "I’ve gone my whole life struggling to accept this part of me and I made art out of it. I feel happy. Thank you."
Halsey also shares that both John Mayer and Chad Smith from the Red Hot Chili Peppers make appearances on "3am." Others who make an appearance on the album are Alanis Morissette, Suga and BTS, Megan Fox, Amanda Seyfried (in a Jennifer's Body sample), and Dominic Fike.
Yesterday, Halsey also announced her North American tour dates. Tickets for the shows go on sale today at 10 a.m. local time.
Between the album dropping, Halsey being candid on Twitter, and the announcement of her tour, her fans are ecstatic understandably ecstatic.
