Miley Cyrus Debuts New Look & Teases New Music
Business in the front and party in the back. That’s how we’d describe Miley Cyrus’s new haircut and maybe her mantra for 2020. Only a few days into the new year and Cyrus has debuted a mullet while also teasing new music.
“New hair. New year. NEW MUSIC,” she tweeted alongside photos of her showing off her new look. Along with her new shorter hairstyle, Cyrus shows off her rock and roll style: white t-shirt, bootcut jeans, and a pair of black motorcycle boots. Perhaps, this is also a clue about the new music she’s set to release, too?
Since breaking up with her husband Liam Hemsworth late last year, Cyrus has been in the studio working on new music. “I am so f*cking inspired right now,” she tweeted in October. Shortly after the news of her split, Cyrus dropped a new single “Slide Away,” a breakup song that fans believed was about Hemsworth.
Lately, she’s been working on new songs with boyfriend Cody Simpson. TMZ reported that the two had filed paperwork to trademark the name Bandit and Bardot, a sign that the two were starting a band. Let’s not forget that Cyrus previously announced she was releasing three EPs, of which she’s only released one. Cyrus dropped She Is Coming back in May featuring the single “Mother’s Daughter.”
While it’s anyone’s guess right now what Cyrus’ next move will be, it’s clear, she’s ready for a new beginning.
