Justin Bieber Has A New Neck Tattoo

Justin Bieber went to Facebook to share his latest tattoo, a sparrow with the words “Forever” written under it.
The piece was done by L.A. tattoo artist, Dr Woo. Hailey Bieber was in attendance while Justin got the tattoo, and she posted a video of it on her Instagram story. Hailey has a neck tattoo of the word “lover” that was done by the same tattoo artist.
According to Steal Her Style, Dr Woo has done many other celebrity tattoos, including Nicola Peltz, Lea Michelle, Katy Perry, and Olivia Wilde, and Lucy Hale.
