- If you think you have health issues, do not use the internet to diagnose yourself. 2/5 American’s who look up their symptoms have falsely convinced themselves that they have a serious disease. Go to your doctor!
- A customer at a book store in Maryland used a 20 dollar bill with a stamp of Harriet Tubman over former President Andrew Jackson. This is legal, as long as the serial number is still visible.
- If you have a stressful commute, turn on the tunes on your way to work. Listening to music behind the wheel can cut down on stress, reducing your risk of a heart attack.
- The days of suits and ties are coming to an end. 50% of companies allow casual dress at the work place at least once a week. Goldman Sachs encourages employees to dress according to the expectation of a client.
- Max Vrendenburgh threw a message in a bottle into the ocean in Rockport, MA when he was just ten years old. The bottle was found off the coast of France by G. Dubois, who was kind enough to respond to Max’s letter 9 years later.
