Rapper Cardi B recently made her debut on the silver screen in Hustlers alongside Jennifer Lopez, Constance Wu, and Keke Palmer.
Now, the “Money” rapper has landed a new role in the highly-anticipated forthcoming film Fast & Furious 9.
The announcement was made via Fast & Furious star Vin Diesel’s Instagram page. Diesel and Cardi B appeared in a video together talking about the film and he posted it on his Instagram page.
“Day 86 here on the set of Fast 9. I know I’m exhausted. We all gave every single thing we could for this movie. We put it all on the table. We put it all out there,” Diesel said as Cardi B sat to the left of him and looked like she struggled to keep her eyes open.
“I’m tired,” Cardi B said. “I can’t wait. I think it’s going to be the best one.”
“Last day of filming in the UK,” Diesel continued. “All love always.”
Cardi B then chimed in confirming how tired she looked in the video.
“Yup. I need a nappy nap. I’ve been saying this all day. Remember that. Nappy nap,” Cardi B said before Diesel burst into laughter.
