Looking for a new health diet? Of course you are. We all are.
Soup has been receiving a lot of attention lately. Research has shown that people who eat soup as a first course end up eating less overall.
Think of it like juicing. Juicing fruit and vegetables is a very healthy alternative to drinking soda, tea, coffee or other drinks that can be unhealthy when consumed in large amounts. Juices are great natural energy drinks as well.
Like juicing instead of drinking soda or tea, soups are a great replacement for snacks. Another study suggested eating soup instead of snacks like chips or pretzels, actually makes you lose more weight.
Soups are generally full of fiber and protein-rich ingredients, which is also a major health benefit.

You do you.
