Is Tom Brady Shading Gwyneth Paltrow?
Tom Brady recently did an interview with Men’s Health and readers think he shaded Gwyneth Paltrow.
In the interview, the New England quarterback was asked about his lifestyle brand, TB12, and the interviewer drew a comparison between that and Gwyneth Paltrow’s lifestyle brand, Goop.
As In Style explains, “According to the magazine, ‘he scrunche[d] his face at the comparison,’ adding that ‘you don’t need to be like a cyborg’ to be healthy and fit.”
One thing Goop is known for is that presents a way of living that is similar to Gwyneth Paltrow. Some like it and some hate it.
When discussing his brand, Brady explains that “No one has to be Tom Brady. I just get to be Tom Brady. You get to be you. Everyone has a choice. But if you want to be good at sports, you have to work hard at it. If you want to be healthy, you have to work hard at it. But you can’t say, ‘I want to be healthy, then eat sh-y food and do crappy workouts.'”
