During the IG Live session, Megan told Nicki Minaj about her new forthcoming single “Hot Girl Summer” that featured Ty Dolla $ign.
Last week, the Houston native also shared a clip of herself twerking to the new single that only featured Ty Dolla $ign at the time on Instagram.
Fans have discovered that when the clip is Shazammed, it pulls the song up as “Hot Girl Summer” by Megan Thee Stallion featuring Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla $ign.
The single was supposed to drop on August 2 but was pushed back to be released on Friday, August 9. Perhaps the push back is to add Minaj’s verse to the track.
Fans of Hot Girl Meg and Nicki Minaj will just have to wait and see.
