Here’s another reason to be picky about what you eat. Sprouts is recalling their 16 oz bags of frozen cut leaf spinach with the UPC codes 87487500982, Lot 19031203A03, with a used by date of 12/03/21 for listeria.

Also affected is Sprouts frozen organic cut leaf spinach with UPC codes 87487500991, Lot 19031203A03, with a USE BY date of 12/03/21.

And avocado lovers beware, Nature’s Touch Frozen Food Inc. is recalling their “signature select avocado chunks” saying they may have been exposed to listeria.

The 12 oz. bags with the UPC 2113009412 and the best-by date of 10/11/20 should be tossed or returned to the store for a refund.

States that are affected by the recall include Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, Wyoming, Texas, and Utah.
