Joe Giudice Granted Approval to Stay in USA Amid Deportation Battle

Joe Giudice of Real Housewives of New Jersey fame, has been granted permission to continue living in the USA while his deportation battle continues. Joe has lived in the US since he was a child and never obtained American citizenship. He was born in Italy and does not have any immediate family there.
In 2013 both Joe and Teresa were indicted when they were accused of hiding their fortune in a bankruptcy filing.
Teresa has been vocal that if he were deported she was not moving to Italy nor were they going to stay married.
