What We Learned Today! 5/1
Everyday we like to reflect on what we learned during the Morning Show. Join us for more wisdom tomorrow morning from 5:30-10!
- The average couch is six years old, holds $1.55 in change, has been cried in 17 times, and napped on 36 times. Show us yours on our facebook page.
- Experts are now saying that you shouldn’t make kids apologize before they’re ready. You should let them cool off, listen to them and let them decide if and when they are ready to say they’re sorry.
- The average cost to attend a friend’s wedding is $628 for travel and a gift. It’s a small price to pay because rejecting the invite can damage your friendship.
- There’s now an ‘adulting calendar’ where grown people can reward themselves stickers for doing things they’re supposed to do such as paying bills, showing up to work on time, and making doctors’ appointments.
- Music can create miracles! 2 year old Harper Comprin underwent several surgeries for spina bifida which made her terrified of doctors. Nurses played Baby Shark for her, which built her trust and confidence and she was able to start walking.
