A second recall related to the recent E. coli outbreak in the U.S. has forced Illinois-based Grant Park Packing to pull 53,200 pounds of ground beef. The beef was produced between October 30th and November 1st, 2018 and sent to Minnesota and Kentucky. This beef recall comes a day after K2D Foods out of Carrolton, Georiga recalled over 113,000 pounds of ground beef. So far 156 people in ten states have been sickened by the beef. If you need to check any foods in your fridge that may have been affected by the recall, you can visit usda.gov for a list of recalled products.
