Yale rescinds admission of student whose family allegedly paid $1.2M to bribe entry
One wealthy family involved in the nationwide college scam is feeling the monetary impact of their decision. A Yale students’ family paid more than $1 million dollars for them to get into the university only for them to later get booted for bribery. This is the first time since the scandal broke that a student has been disciplined. School officials have not identified the student but say they are no longer enrolled at Yale.
This marks the first time a school implicated in the college admissions scandal has said publicly it has taken action to boot a student as a result of the allegations. https://t.co/Zh2JkEgCie
