Neal Schon has a couple of shows in February coming up dubbed “Neal Schon’s Journey Through Time,” and he’s really trying his best to get Steve Perry to join him.

Schon took to Twitter to share details about his upcoming shows and to offer “...an open invitation to Steve Perry to come out to either the 22nd or 23rd.  Would love to see you, Steve.”

Schon has offered “open invitations” to Perry a number of times ever since Journey was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2017, but that stage reunion just hasn’t happened.  As much as Journey fans would love to see it, it seems highly unlikely. Of course, that's certainly not going to stop Schon from believin’. (Yes...that was a cheesy joke, but we all were thinking it.)

“Neal Schon’s Journey Through Time” will also feature Gregg Rolie, Deen Castronovo, Marti Frederikden, Marco Mendoza and Chris Collins and will take place at the Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort in Jackson, Calif. on February 22 and at the Fox Theater in Oakland. Calif. on February 23.  Ticket details can be found at SchonMusic.com.
