What We Learned Today! 1/11/19
Everyday we like to reflect on what we learned during the Morning Show. Join us for more wisdom Monday morning from 5:30-9 !
- The peep factory teamed with their local united way for the “peeps helping peeps” contest. If you donate $5 you’ll be entered in the sweepstakes. Winners will get a peep inside the factory and see how the sugary marshmallow chicks are made.
- If you use tin foil to cover your leftovers, you need to stop! Make sure your leftovers are sealed to prevent bacteria from growing.
- The “Venmo me and I’ll….” Meme went viral, and the girl who created it started to get paid for petty tasks such as commenting “eeew” on an enemy’s selfie and direct messaging men to find out if they’re cheating.
- Amazon is trying to combat porch pirates. Soon your packages will be delivered right to the inside of your garage with the help of ‘key by amazon,’ a device that allows delivery drivers to talk to your garage door.
- Netflix is cracking down on password sharing! If you’re mooching off someone else’s account not only can you be tracked down by creepy artificial intelligence, but maybe even turned in to the police.
