One of the biggest stories in the classic rock world right now is the drama in Fleetwood Mac, which now involves a lawsuit filed by Lindsey Buckingham.

In Buckingham’s lawsuit, he’s suing his former bandmates for “breach of fiduciary duty and breach of oral contract” and is petitioning for a cut of the band’s current tour revenue “because he is able and willing to perform on the tour and is being involuntarily excluded.”

Since the news of the lawsuit, Fleetwood Mac’s spokesperson Kristen Foster said in a statement, “Fleetwood Mac looks forward to their day in court.”

Of course, this leads to this pressing question: How will the lawsuit shake out?

Who’s going to win?  Will the lawsuit even make it to court?  Will the parties settle? Let us know what you think will happen in the poll below!
