A contestant from Season 15 of “The Bachelor” has died. The season aired in 2011 and featured Brad Womack.

At the time of her passing, Cristy Caserta was 38 years old.

According to USA Today, Caserta was in class in Florida right before she passed away.

Her classmates recall seeing her head fall on her desk, which caused her coffee to go flying into the air.

Medics rushed to the scene and transported Caserta to a nearby hospital.

Sadly, she died a short time later.

At this time, her cause of death is not known, however, an autopsy has been ordered to determine how she died.
