‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ The Queen Biopic Has Been Moved Up
The much-anticipated film will be hitting theatres a lot sooner than we expected.
So fasten your seatbelts because November 2, we will get a full-on Freddie Mercury honoring performance from Rami Malek, a month and some change ahead of schedule. The original release date was Christmas Day, December 25.
Initially, it was believed it would be much later, given that the directors had been switched, but according to NME, after director Bryan Singer being replaced with Dexter Fletcher following Malek reportedly complaining to the studio about Singer’s ‘unprofessionalism’ that maybe the change was for the better. Singer released a statement saying that he had asked for time off 3 weeks before the end of the shoot, and FOX essentially pulled him off the project, but you never know with these things.
Either way, we get to see the cast in action a month ahead of schedule, which hopefully means we’ll soon be having a good time – yes, we’re having a ball.
Amy Cooper is one with the force and the force is with her.
