Dozens Injured In Philadelphia Train Crash
Just after midnight, police and medics were dispatched to the 69th Street Terminal in Upper Darby after reports surfaced of a high-speed train crash.
According to USA Today, at least 42 people have been injured. It is believed four individuals suffered serious injuries as a result of the impact.
Witnesses say the high-speed train crashed into a train that was not occupied.
The conductor is currently in the hospital. His condition has not been released.
SEPTA and authorities are working together to determine the cause of the crash.
