The Formal Dress Project: Shopping Date
1:00-3:00 PM at 2106 St.James Church Rd Wilmington 19808

Eligibility: The Formal Dress Project is required to have a screening process because the dresses are offered free of charge. Teens will need to provide 1 of the following:
1. A statement showing enrollment in a food program(school or state).
2. A referral from a social worker, school guidance counselor or teacher.
Any teen in Foster Care or Kinship Care is automatically eligible.
The Formal Dress Project is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization. We collect new & gently-used formal attire. With assistance from other local social service organizations & volunteers, girls will have the opportunity to shop for a dress, free of charge.
Community support is needed in order to reach our new goals of providing salon services & tuxedo rentals, as well.
