AI&G & Habitat for Humanity Partner in Art ReStore Sculpture Class for Kids
In a unique partnership, the Art Institute & Gallery and the Habitat for Humanity ReStore will hold the "Habitat for Humanity Art ReStore Project: Imaginative Free Form Sculpture during spring break: Thursday, April 21st from 10 am to 3 pm.
In this class, students will be using their imagination to create a free form sculpture. students will be using found industrial materials from the ReStore for Habitat for Humanity. Students will be using glue or wire to build art objects, which may be able to stand alone or can be painted for extra effect. This will require students' balancing or using line and mass with the objects.
Tought by artist Angela Herbert-Hodges, students will be given suggestions and examples to encourage all students to think outside the box. All materials are supplied by Habitat for Humanity. Students should have a bag lunch and a beverage. With partial sponsorship by Habitat for Humanity, the fee to students is $40.00 including all materials.

Prince and the Pauper at Wilmington Drama League
It’s double the trouble and twice the fun in this rowdy and playful stage adaptation of the Mark Twain classic. Shows are at 8 pm on April 21 and 22, and 2 pm on April 23. tickets $8-10, general admission. Ample free parking.
