Unionville High School March on the Brandywine Cavalcade of Bands
Unionville Highschool will host "March on the Brandywine" marching band competition on October 15, 2011 at 6:00 PM. Bring the family out to enjoy music and pageantry from fifteen high school bands and colored guard squads as they perform in this Calvacade of Bands event. The event promises to be a fun, entertaining evening of amazing visual and musical artistry for spectators of all ages! Oktoberfest at the Modern Maturity Center Ballroom
The Dover German American Club is sponrosing its annual Oktoberfest at the Modern Maturity Center Ballroom in Dover, DE at 6 PM on Saturday October 15, 2011. Admission is $10 per person. Free parking, authentic German food (bratwurst, German pototo salad, sauerkraut, sauerbraten, spaetzle, and red cabbage) can be purchased for $10 per meal. German cakes from original recipes and German specialty items are on sale. Enjoy great dance music provided by The Adlers, an eight-piece band. There will be door prizes and 50/50.
