Title: Account Executive / Full –Time

99.5 WJBR, is looking for highly motivated Account Executives, with a passion for the dynamic world of radio and digital media, who is willing to learn about radio sales, and digital marketing. Knowledge of digital and event sales as well as knowledge of the Wilmington market is a plus.
At least one year of prior sales experience preferred;
Familiarity with the Wilmington market;
A basic understanding of digital advertising assets;
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as presentation skills;
Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment
Organized, detailed, strong work ethic; and,
Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle and vehicle insurance.

Title: Event Coordinator
Location: Wilmington, DE
Description: Full time position to work with the Promotions Director to execute station events. Some of the duties include: assist in planning, managing, and coordinating promotions through all facets of marketing, including: idea development, securing 3rd party partners, sourcing vendors, understanding logistics, managing and executing promotions – small and large scale - from start to finish, while creating profitable results for each campaign. Scheduling station talent for events, coordinate live broadcasts; keep inventory on station marketing materials, work with the station webmaster to develop timelines and execution for station events and contesting information to post on station website.
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends and long hours;
- ability to handle large workload and a number of different projects simultaneously;
- ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
- minimum 2-4 years Full Time employment in Media and / or Event Management;
- knowledge of all Social Media skills preferred;
- computer proficient;
- must be very detailed and organized;
- must be able to work with and manage a team.
