Location: Rockwood Park, 4651 Washington Street Extension, Wilmington, DE 19809
Admission: $5.00 age 13 and over, Children 12 and under free with paying adult
Parking: Limited handicapped parking available. No general parking on site, please use one of the shuttle buses running continuously during festival hours beginning 30 minutes prior to start time.

The festival is dog-friendly. Friendly dogs on leashes are welcome at the festival and on our shuttle buses.
Food: In addition of the free Ice Cream Cone for every child age 12 and under provided by Hy-Point Dairy with plenty of Ice Cream, Milk Shakes, Sundaes and Gelato from your local favorites and a couple of new additions. With 30 food, snack and Ice Cream vendors serving everything, your festival going taste buds could ask for and the Home Grown Café Beer/Wine Garden. Jamba Juice will be on site to give away free kids smoothie coupons to be used at the store for the first 100 visitors!
Entertainment: Plenty of free activities: Ride the Train, Take a picture with your favorite Characters roaming the park, Mansion Tours, Visit with the Philly Phanatic on Saturday from 1p-2p, Wendell Smallwood, Philadelphia Eagle also at the festival on Saturday from 3:00-5:00. Play Soccer on the Philadelphia Union Inflatable Soccer field on Sunday or create Giant Bubbles with Grandpop Bubbles.

Festival T-shirts will be created for you onsite and sold by Unique Image with a donation to Nemours DuPont Hospital for Children including children’s shirts they can color themselves so each one is unique.
