Let’s say you have over done the training. I have done it, and it isn’t fun! Women’s Health Magazine complied a list of ways to relieve that pain:
FIVE WAYS TO EASE SORE MUSCLES:
1. Use a foam roller
2. Take Tyenol
3. Stretch after a warm up
4. Apply heat to the sore spot
5. Take Omega-3 once a day

It was a wet day but fun at the Run The Vineyards 5K at Penns Woods Winery in Chadds Ford, PA in May!
Mother Nature really cooperated for the Westside Family Healthcare 5K in June! What a beautiful day for a run!
